Meal No. 1519: Grilled Pork Kebabs with Tangy Barbecue Glaze
For this past Tuesday night's dinner, with the weather so very nice, I liked the idea of grilling chunks of pork tenderloin and adding a sweet and tangy glaze to 'em. This recipe from last summer has become a semi-regular menu item, and on that night it was joined by stuffing and garden peas for a filling meal.
"Grilled Pork Kebabs with Barbecue Glaze," an online extra from Cook's Illustrated and based on "The Best Way to Grill Pork Tenderloin," Issue No. 134, May & June 2015, p. 6.
