There must be something about the turning of the weather, the approach of the cooler evenings, the darkness at an early hour that makes me yearn for the hearty goodness of potato and cheese soup recipe. That was the basic dinner a week ago tonight, and there was only enough left to send home a serving with one of the guests that evening.
