Last night's meal was more than filling with just the pan of lasagna and the garlic bread on the side, but I also got myself to whip up a lemon velvet tart. It did not quite have enough time to set up for the early hour of dessert, but we dug into it anyway.
Well, except for Monica, who typically complains that I make too many sweets and says she would prefer a pork chop-flavored cookie.
