Meal No. 92: Tuna with Agrodolce Sauce


This turned out to be a good day to have one simple meal, around 4 pm. Since I've got to head down to Richmond County, I wanted something without much muss and fuss, and what struck the right chord was some pan-seared tuna medallions topped with a red onion agrodolce sauce, with sugar snap peas and company mashed potatoes on the side. De-lic-ious.
