With the exception of the time I got suckered into doing so by Linda Dunlap, at a gathering at her house, I think this evening represents the first time I've ever grilled chicken. Well, at least, here at the Roediger House, that is. I got some big old breasts from Sam's and pounded them down for more even cooking, marinated them in a nice concoction of olive oil and lemon juice and garlic and various spices, and grilled them up in the cool breezes of this glorious April evening. Made for a fine dinner.
