Meal No. 2127: Thanksgiving on the Half-Year


Since the Thanksgiving meal is too good to be limited only to Thanksgiving (and, at the Roediger House, at Christmas, too!), we all decided back in 2010 to also celebrate that meal over the Memorial Day Holiday. We cheekily call it Thanksgiving on the Half-Year, and this year that involved eleven folks around the dining room table, plates high with all the usual goodies we've come to love:
