Last Thursday night, with four at the table, I tried a new recipe for stuffed bell peppers with tomato sauce. While it was certainly passable, I do believe I'd need to do some serious tinkering with it on a future menu to really get more and better flavor out of it. I brought back out the previous evening's macaroni salad and this time I remembered the stuffed eggs!
