Back in January, before I'd taken down the decorations from last Christmas, we got a lovely snowfall. It's sort of perfect for a holiday card, although I really wish I'd gotten the house washed before this!
It's bitterly cold here in Winston-Salem on Christmas Day 2017, and it's perfect for a roaring fire:
