Meal No. 1990: Not So Cajun Chicken


The Christmas Eve meal this past Sunday was Roediger House favorite Not So Cajun Chicken.


It's creamy and flavorful and warm and comfortable. The sauce really brings it all together in such a great way, which I guess is why this is one of the meals that's been made most over the years.


And yes: I'm enjoying the new cooktop!
