Meal No. 1991: Baby Back Ribs
On Christmas night it was the special treat of baby back pork ribs.
Good gracious, they cooked up mighty fine.
With creamy mashed potatoes and more of my homemade applesauce, I was more than happy to knock down 7 or 8 of those ribs single-handedly.
