I figured I'd try another take on grilled pork chops this past Tuesday night, to reasonably decent effect.
I also tried out cauliflower gratin for the first time, and that too was a nice new find. I pulled it from a 14-year-old issue of Cook's Illustrated, and I noticed it was not one I had marked when I'd looked through it all those years ago. What an oversight!
