Meal No. 766: BBQ Chicken Soup
This was a recommendation from my sister Allison in Indiana, and it was a good one. I still had a fair portion of beer can chicken from earlier in the week so I put it to good use tonight and made for the second time this delicious BBQ Chicken Soup. This also gave me a chance to try out my new immersion blender for the first time, and it worked great. I think I'm going to really enjoy having that new gadget in my kitchen.
Today marked 15 straight days with rainfall in Winston-Salem, by the way.
