Meal No. 761: Grilled Turkey Breast Tenderloin
The grilling streak continues, in spite of all the rain and drizzle (and occasional downpours, too!) that Winston-Salem has been getting with this stuck weather pattern. Tonight it was a lightly-spiced-rubbed turkey breast tenderloin and it was really quite good. I wish plain old turkey breasts and tenderloins were easier to find...these were spotted at the Trader Joe's up at Thruway Shopping Center.
I hadn't made risotto in a while so I added that to the plate, along with sugar snap peas. By meal's end, I was full as a tick.
