Meal No. 646: Braised Chicken & Brussels Sprouts


Yes, it was only 10 meals ago, but I was already ready for a repeat of the braised chicken recipe from earlier this month. It was good yet again, and it served well the five of us 'round the table tonight.


We got to top it all off with creamy cinnamon chips cheesecake afterwards, which was not as good as it should have been...but I've not made a cheesecake in a while so I'm out of practice.
