A meal like this after a long day of yardwork makes it mighty worthwhile. It's deceptively simple and it didn't take long, and those were crucial aspects of my dinner needs when my body was tired from my toils.
Salmon filet with a tarragon-shallot coating, slow-roasted in a low-temp oven, and served with Israeli couscous and baby Brussels sprouts. Yum.
