With a very late plating of food, a crew of us sat down last night promptly at 10 pm for a most filling feast of comfortable food.
The main feature was deviled chicken drumsticks, a ridiculously easy way to get non-fried fried-chicken with all that great flavor and seasoning and crunch.
It's been a while since I made the traditional Campbell's kitchens recipe for green bean casserole, so that made an appearance, too (along with mashed potatoes and some rolls from CostCo).
Late for a meal, but we were all pretty satisfied, I think.
