Meal No. 418: Not So Cajun Chicken

One of the absolute most favorite meals at the Roediger House:


This is Not So Cajun Chicken, originally introduced to me by Crowley's in Raleigh. Normally, I serve it over rice, but I was strangely out of that commodity. So I switched it up to thin spaghetti, and it was still very delicious. I just hadn't intended to have pasta two nights in a row, but when it's this good, it doesn't really matter...
