Not All It's Cracked Up to Be
My General Contractor Pete LaRoque noticed immediately that there was a small crack in the back hallway's window after it was installed. A nail seems to have been driven in just off-target enough to have snagged the pane of glass in these double-insulated windows. Stock Building Supply has been really screwy in materials and correcting things, and we regularly have had the wrong things sent to us. (The replacement window they sent was the wrong size, for instance.)
