For dessert following our Bugaloo Wonderland sandwiches on Labor Day Monday night, I had made on Sunday a batch of cinnamon roll cookies-n-cream ice cream. That stuff is crazy good and, while we were moderate in our amounts, our lip-licking appreciation was in no way short in supply. This was the first ice cream I'd had since May, so I made sure that I did another 3-plus-mile walk before bedtime.
