Stirring Up a Mango Lassi


I mentioned in yesterday's post that I decided that the repeated meal of Chicken Tikka Masala needed something else to jazz it up a bit, Indian-style. So I ventured into mango lassi territory and know that this is going to require a lot of tinkering and experimenting. The version I had for dessert last night was nice but I thought it could be more.

For a snack today to tide me over until dinnertime, I brought out the yogurt and mango pulp mix that was left over from Sunday's fixings, and this time I added some vanilla bean yogurt and some honey. This brought out the cardamom a bit more strongly. I drank it down fast but know that it can get even better.
