Last night I made short work of prepping and serving a variation of a long-missing pot of soothing goodness: 2 x 2 soup. It's been three years since its last appearance, and before that it had been two years. I used to make it all the time but I do have quite a few other soup recipes that are superior to it. Nonetheless, it was just right for a Saturday night when I'd so enjoyed an afternoon visit from former WFU student Alison and her family.
