Meal No. 2394: Lamb & Mushroom Meat Loaf


It was kind of a sizable meal for the early bird special on Thursday, but I was headed to a 6:30 documentary screening and needed supper to be over before I left. It was still a great meal, though: lamb meat loaf, buttered mashed potatoes, and garden peas. I had more than my fill.
