While my sister was down at the beach over the last couple of weeks, she came across a recipe for pimento cheese sausage balls and sent it to me with the query: "What do you think?" I decided to try it out last Sunday, with a batch of my own homemade pimento cheese. And I'd say they were indeed pretty good...perhaps even a nice improvement on the original Bisquik recipe from my mother!
