The end of 2018 is strangely salad-centric, at least as far as the two main festive party days are concerned (i.e., Christmas and New Year's Eve). On the final day of the year, it was dreary, foggy, and rainy, and I had a fire blazing in the fireplace because I just couldn't get warm. And at suppertime, I roasted organic salmon fillet and served it over greens and topped it with a homemade blue cheese dressing. That was more than enough party for the night.
