The first day of Spring Sunday was dreary, and it was cold. Not at all springlike, and the evening's weather begged for soup. High on my list of meal choices was the potato and cheese soup recipe that we love here, and it was an excellent choice for the end of the weekend, while soft cold rain fell outside.
