Meal No. 1207: Molasses-Mustard Glazed Grilled Pork Chops


Just before leaving for a week of work back in Virginia Beach, I decided to make a quick but delicious lunch at home on this fine sunny February Sunday: molasses-mustard glazed pork chops on the grill, with baked sweet potato and sugar snap peas. I might be fighting off the afternoon sleepies once I hit the road in a bit.
