Meal No. 1204: Creole-Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks over Grits
From time to time, when I've gotten my hands on some fresh seafood, I'd rather make it the centerpiece of something simple and fulfilling. No need to mess with a set of sides when you can nestle a slab of tuna steak into some creamy grits, covered with a delicious creole-enhanced sherry cream sauce.
"Creamy Grits," from Luquire Family Stone Ground Grits, milled in Greenwood, SC.
"Sherry Cream Sauce," from About.com.
