Meal No. 474: Chili and Gallery Hop
Tonight was the very best of what the downtown Winston-Salem arts scene can offer: a gorgeous spring night for the regular first-Friday Gallery Hop on Trade Street and its environs.
The Roediger House played host to a healthy crew of Gallery Hop attendees with a pot of wholesome and spicy chili as the prelude for the evening's stroll to the Arts District (and, particularly, Delurk Gallery). Along with it I had a batch of Granny Wilson's honey wheat cornbread, recipe courtesy of the delightful Linda Dunlap.
