Meal No. 471: Juicy Burgers on the Grill
Although the morning started out a bit rainy and overcast, this turned into one absolutely perfect spring day. Since I have to leave tonight for a couple of days of work out of town, I liked the idea of something simple. I also knew that I was likely to have a dinner crowd of up to six or seven people, and I wanted to be prepared to feed all comers.
