Halloween Party Fudge
Here's a shot of the three kinds of fudge I had on hand for this past Sunday night's Halloween party. Up at the top left is nutless fudge, which is a special request from some Roediger House regulars. Below that is peanut butter fudge, and on the right is my usual walnut chocolate fudge.
Also on the table for the party: pimento cheese, sausage queso dip, blue cheese dip, carrots and pepper strips, a couple of fancy cheeses, a range of party crackers and chips, and some deli meats and rolls.
It also seemed to go over well with the crew that remained late-night to bring out a warm bacon dip at around 3:30 am.
