Updating the Update on the Porch Rail Update

The cracked and caulked and further cracked porch rail cap was on the list of items being corrected by my general contractor, in his recent trips to the house. He has put a new yellow pine top for the rail post that greets you as you come up from the parking area beside the house. Let's hope it holds up better than the first one!
