Meal No. 768: Margarita Pork with Peach BBQ Sauce
It's been quite a while since I grilled up this margarita pork tenderloin, but it is dependably good. Tonight was no exception. I tried out an addition to it, using a recipe that came from Gwyneth Paltrow, who has a reputation as quite a cook. Her peach BBQ sauce was really delicious; I made it with some fresh white peaches that came from Trader Joe's.
For dessert, I reached for a pretty special cookie recipe that has not made an appearance at the Roediger House in, perhaps, four or five years, for some crazy reason.
These are called Triple Chocolate Cookies, and you'd better believe they're tripl-y good. Maybe even trippy good.
With unsweetened chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, and semi-sweet morsels, you're not going to go wrong.
