Meal No. 767: Apple City Baby Back Ribs

The prevailing weather pattern continues and I've just enjoyed the show put on by this evening's slow-moving thunderstorms. The rains held off more than enough time for me to also enjoy today the pleasure of a good slow smoke of baby back ribs in the kamado grill.

Those taking part in tonight's small gathering got to partake of Apple City Baby Back Ribs, based on a version from the Apple City BBQuers of Murphysboro, Illinois. They were incredible, and they soaked up the Apple City Apple Sauce that went with it, along with baked sweet potatoes and baby lima beans.
