Meal No. 91: Pork Medallions with Dijon Mushroom Cream Sauce


Somehow I got myself on the hook to make a special birthday dinner, so tonight's small gathering around the supper table was for the sole purpose of enjoying a total request meal. Here's the break-down:

•pan-seared pork tenderloin
•dijon mushroom cream sauce
•Fordhook lima beans
•company mashed potatoes
•yeast rolls
•key lime pie

All-in-all, it was pretty darned good. Not much left over, but enough to be happy about.
