
When I started on the recipe, I was struck by how many spices would actually go into it, so much so that I had to take a picture of them all lined up.

It was a pretty quick process to get the shrimp cooked up, and they looked just like they were supposed to. Ordinarily, I do not like food you have to assemble or disassemble, once it's cooked, but the shells came off easy as pie. The end result was a tasty variation on a typical mixed greens salad.
