Meal No. 2486: New Year's Day Meatballs
The Sunday before Thanksgiving was the time for Friendsgiving, since our most regular regulars have settled into their newly-married lives and now must rise to the challenge of making time for their own families. We had eight at the table and I served up New Year's Day meatballs, slow-cooker scalloped potatoes, and the traditional Campbell's Kitchens green bean casserole.
There was also dessert that night, and that'll be the focus of tomorrow's blog post.
