Fudgy Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream and Hot Fudge Sauce
Lord have mercy! That's how I felt both in the moment of and for several hours after the Sunday night dessert at the Roediger House: a fresh-made fudgy brownie, hot out of the oven, topped with homemade vanilla bean ice cream and a just-cooked hot fudge sauce. Mercy, I say...mercy!
