Meal No. 2068: Seasoned Chicken Leg Quarters


When Friday night rolled around, following a terrific final day with a talented group of teachers at Hunter Elementary School, and with three at the table, I pulled out the Instant Pot and tried a new recipe for seasoned chicken leg quarters. I also made a newer Roediger House favorite side dish of creamed corn. Some stuffing seemed to be the right final piece of the dinner puzzle.
