Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream


The post-Christmas period this winter has seen a marked absence of sweets, desserts, and confections coming out of the Roediger House kitchen. Not sure when that drought is going to end, but there was a hopeful blip this past weekend when I did manage to make a batch of rich, creamy Vietnamese coffee ice cream. That is one glorious concoction that is always welcomed warmly when it shows up.
