Meal No. 496: Linton Hopkins's Linguine Carbonara


Good grief! Another awesome meal, with tonight's coming from Chef Linton Hopkins's recipe published in Food & Wine.


I went so far as to hand-dice some deli pancetta for this one, and the sauce got extra silky with the addition of egg yolks.
