Meal No. 351: Pecan-Crusted Chicken


For my birthday, the gift I like to receive is for people to come over and let me fix 'em dinner. This strange mode of being in between two big vacation trips, though, caused me to tone it down a bit. I decided to go with pecan-crusted chicken breasts. To my way of thinking, they were decidedly not as good as the other couple of times I'd made them. Still, it was nice to share a meal at the Roediger House, given how long I'll be gone for this next excursion.



Dessert: thank goodness some of the Whitley lemon custard still remained.
