For dessert last night (Meal No. 710), I took some extra time and tried another new recipe for cheesecake. Well, new to me, although it's been in my file a while.
This is chocolate-coffee cheesecake with mocha sauce, and while the recipe I drew on to make it had alterations to make it lighter, I did not follow them. I used full-fat cream cheese, full-fat butter, real heavy cream, and so on. I think we were all glad I did, because it was delicious.
