Meal No. 1604: Texas Thick-Cut Grilled & Smoked Pork Chops
The Friday night dinner at the Roediger House, with six around the table, was a second go at Texas thick-cut smoked pork chops, with a tangy homemade barbecue sauce and roasted red potato wedges. Also, the meal included the rare yet occasional appearance of traditional green bean casserole.
