Meal No. 1075: Sausage & Swiss Quiche for Who No. 2
Sunday morning was a chance for the regular Who Crew to gather again and watch the second episode of the 8th series of Doctor Who. (I was much happier with this episode, by the way.) For our late-morning meal, I made this sausage and Swiss quiche, using a recipe from the Bob Evans website. Tasted a lot like a typical sausage strata (or what we always called "The Breakfast Dish"), but without the bread and cheddar cheese. The roasted red peppers are a nice touch, and I also added in goat cheese for a nicely nuanced flavor boost.
"Deep Dish Sausage Quiche," from Bob Evans.
