Meal No. 69: Singapore Scallops

It's not a meal I care to repeat, although it's kind of fancy looking: Singapore Scallops in the wok. That's what I decided to whip up last night while I'm unexpectedly at home this week. Darned winter weather. Anyway, it may be a dish that suits the palates of others, but I can do without it.
