Meal No. 2065: Bacon & Onion Bistro Pizza


I spent this past Tuesday with some fine aspiring administrators in Vance County, NC, which is a good two-hour drive from Winston. So that evening I made a simple and quick and also really tasty dinner: a bistro-style pizza topped with homemade barbecue sauce, crumbled bacon, caramelized onion, goat and blue cheeses, and a mozzarella-provolone mix of cheese. It baked up crisp and toasty on the pizza stone and hit the spot that night.
