I got this recipe from my sister Allison and her husband Tom quite a few years ago, because it was some delicious eating when they served it to me on a long-ago trip to Indiana. On this gorgeous Sunday evening, it was a great choice for the grill. Alongside, some brown basmati and a gaggle of baby Brussels sprouts.
