Meal No. 1247: Herb-Roasted Whole Chicken with Savory Pan Gravy


The first Friday gallery hop was this evening so it was a good reason to have some folks over for a special early dinner. I'd come across a large oven stuffer on a good sale, and even though I made this same meal just last week, I'm glad there was an occasion to make it again.
