After a great day of post-observation conferencing practice with the instructional leadership team at North Forsyth High School, followed by nice sunny warm weather to work outside just a bit, and then another episode of Game of Thrones, I threw together some chicken quesadillas with homemade fajita seasoning for dinner. It was spot on.
