Meal No. 2398: Roasted Pork Tenderloin


I was working in Virginia the last couple of days, so it was nice to return to my kitchen this evening to make a filling dinner of hoisin-roasted pork tenderloin, along with roasted broccoli and parmesan'd red potato slices. Since I don't eat well or much when I'm traveling these days, I took great liberties with the size of my portion.
